I came into contact with Ryan, of Complete Casa Construction, while I was doing an online search through HomeStar, for a company to install concrete patio. During our initial meeting I also found out that his company also builds decks. after receiving a price quote for the job from several companies, I decided that this was not the right time to go through with the patio project. I had made arrangements to have another company build the deck for me but it seems as if that company did not want to go through with the job as they were not responding to my communications by phone or text. I reached out to Ryan I decided to have Complete Casa Construction build my deck. My wife and I had a meeting with Ryan to discuss what we wanted, a few days later Ryan got back to us with the cost for completing the project. We came to an agreement on the price, and downpayment. Ryan was very flexible and we made some mutually agreed on payment structure. Ryan was able to order the material and the project was started within a week of of the materials being ordered. On the first day of the work starting, I met the rest of his construction team. Ryan and his team were professional and respectful of our property and took all precautions to avoid any damage to our property, from demolition of our old deck, to removing old materials from the property, to driving the digger through our narrow gate, and avoiding any damage to our lawn with the machinery by laying down wood to drive on. Ryan was in constant communication with me during the construction process and he would make suggestions on changes that would improve the finish product, without going too much over budget. Ryan and his team would clean as they work , and at the end of the day they took away any debris from the work site. I find Ryan to be very competent and knowledgable in the performance of his work. From watching him and his team work, I see he takes pride in his work and he valued the opinions and suggestions made by myself and others around him. At the completion of the project I received positive feed back from several of my neighbours. I would highly recommend Ryan and Complete Casa Construction to any of my friends and neighbours. My family has had the pleasure of having Assured Basement build our basement oases. From our first contact with their sales manager Mike ( the money man LOl ) and Salik we felt at ease and decided that we wanted to have these guys do our basement. We had them draw up the plans for the basement based on the concept of what we wanted the basement to look like. After this, a WhatsApp group was created for our project as well as our introduction to the Buildertrend App; these tools were used throughout the project to communicate and set up a schedule as to when certain aspects of the job are to be done. After the initial plans were drawn. We then met with the architects Hollis and Camilo at our home where they did a more detailed drawing. Hollis and Camilo were patient and professional and they listen carefully to what we wanted and came up with some ideas that would utilize the space more efficiently. Our next meeting was at Assure Basement's office and the showroom where we did all our colour selections and did a few further changes to the building plan. After meeting The General Manager Ryan, and Project manager Andrej. My wife and I felt even more comfortable with the team and at this point, we were confident we had the right company for the job. On the first day of construction, the worker bees all showed up on time led by Ryan, Andrej, Nathan the job supervisor and a slew of carpenters. Towards the end of the project, there were a few snags but, we dont live in a perfect world and we have to be realistic and know some things will happen that are out of our control. Whenever there were any issues they were addressed immediately or as soon as possible. The team went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with the work being done. The finished product was Awesome: Assured Basement lived up to their promise of a job well done. All materials and products used were top quality. They built us a beautiful washroom shower stall and kitchen that took our breath away; in addition to building our basement they were able to build us a well needed powder room using a portion of our mud room. I thank Katarina and the kitchen crew for the beautiful kitchen. Guys, you and your entire team did a Great job. My family and I thank you all, I can't remember all your names so I am asking the management to give you guys a big word thanks on our behalf. I can't find enough words to express how happy we are with the job well done. Thanks Assure, as you grow please dont lose the quality of customer care and the quality of your work.
