Shane and Jesus were the team that handled both of my moves and they were highly professional - arriving early on both occasions, moved everything very quickly and carefully, and had a great attitude throughout the move. They even took some of the furniture I didn't plan on keeping to the Red Door Shelter, where I know people will make good use of the furniture I no longer need.
