We had to look for a new hot water tank and the service person from Mr. Rooter advised to check out Bartle & Gibson as they offered a good product at a reasonable price. We went there and the staff was very helpful and they gae us a few choices. They even gave us a discount. I would refer them to anyone looking for plumbing, heating or electrical supplies.
Our hot water tank blew up and we contacted Mr. Rooter to come out as they offer free estimates. We called on a Tuesday but they said they could not get someone out there until Wednesday afternoon. They put us on a cancellation list in case someone else cancelled and they could get us in. We received a call back an hour later saying they had someone avaliable to come within the hour. The person they sent was very professional. He took a look at the tank and made suggestions. We did not end up buying a hot water tank through them but would refer them to anyone looking for a plumber and would call them again.
