They cheaped out on the trees. They didn’t plant them deep enough so they didn’t make it through the winter. I called Multiple times in the spring and I’m still waiting. Their customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them.

We purchase trees of the highest quality exclusively from the Beech Nursery West, a wholesale nursery in Schaumburg. As we purchase product from a wholesaler, we are unfortunately unable to offer a warranty on individual trees. Despite our best efforts to ensure trees are planted correctly, there is an inherent risk in the industry of planting live things as there are a multitude of factors beyond our control that influence outcomes over time. We do our best to explain to homeowners their responsibility and care instructions once the tree has been planted. Nevertheless, we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our services. Due to the pandemic, we were not operating for a certain period of time as part of our services were not deemed to be essential. We apologize in the delay for returning your call.
