An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
This was a very educational inspection. Yuri explained to us various maintenance items and pointed out what should be addressed immediately and what could wait, but still needs to be planned for. We did not have a home inspection before and did not know much about different systems in the house and how they work together. Yuri is very knowledgeable and experienced inspector and well worth his fees. Thank you, Yuri.
