Sam was extremely helpful, and appears to have done an excellent job. Our 90-year-old concrete floor was in poor shape and not a candidate for the high-quality Epoxy floor finishing they normally do. But Sam was able to work creatively with what we had, and turned our mess into a solid usuable floor fit for laying LVT planking. Both Same and his assistant seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable and good problem solvers. Highly recommended.
