Our Breville coffee maker was not working. We called the 1-800 service number and were told for $169 they would fix it or replace it. We had to ship this big heavy thing too which would have cost more than $100. Butlers is an authorized dealer and fixed it for just $24. Lovely, friendly. Thrilled to have discovered them.
We have an older dual flush that we love. The mechanism on top of the tank had to be replaced. They tracked one down in Italy and said it would be $300. They could se I was hesitant. They went through the numbers and said if the new part didn’t work they would deduct the $300 from a new toilet. The part arrived. Zahir, nicest plumber in the world came to install it. The toilet should last another 15 years he said.
