Fred identified several previously unknown issues like poor caulking around exhaust vents and other gaps that were letting mice in, and fixed them. I would call Majestic again.

Dufferin came out promptly to provide a quote - all the quotes I got were very close together. I picked a style from their website, and installation was within the window I was quoted. I was warned of the potential for my porch stone to crack when they drilled in the railings, and indeed there was one crack - I can't hold that against Dufferin, as they made me aware of the risk. The workers were tidy and polite, and I would use the company again.
