A home inspectors job isn't just to run into the property find some defects, let you know and rush off. No, they should be taking the time, going through the property in great detail, informing you of everything. Good things, bad things, things that may be minor today, but major down the road, helpful hints, work required for repairs, and maintenence around the home. I don't care if it's the first home or tenth, your home inspector should be dedicating that time to you, not worrying about rushing off to another home inspection.
