Natalie was the interior design consultant on a renovation we recently completed in our kitchen/family room (great room). She also did the design plan for Phase 2 which will be a refreshed MBR with ensuite. Our home is 55 years old and we were trying to open up the space and come up with some solutions that would optimize the space, reflect our taste, and coordinate with the rest of the house. Natalie was awesome to work with. She listened, gave me some great lay-out, colour and fabric and furniture recommendations that I felt really comfortable working with. She is super responsive; I sent her e-mails with photos of chairs, lamps etc. and she responded while I was in the store. Her attention to detail, customer service and professionalism are exceptional. I would recommend her highly!
