We have a huge hedge bordering 3 property lines. In order to trim it they had to bring in the bucket. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up everything and did not harm any of my garden plants. When I asked about a couple of branches on our cherry tree, they trimmed them out without charge. The arbourist is very knowledgeable and the technicians really know their jobs. I was very pleased with the thinning they did on my large cedar tree as well as the trimming to keep it within our boundaries. I like the fact that they do not encourage tree topping which is detrimental to the overall health of the tree.

Jason arrived on time. He had the courtesy to call ahead to let me know his previous client was taking a little longer and would be late, then called again to let me know he would be on time. He went over the furnace with a fine tooth comb, explaining everything that I might need to know for the future. He DID NOT try to sell me anything extra. He checked for gas leaks and found one, then explained how to determine if it was an actual leak. I knew there was a leak for quite some time as I could smell it. He tightened the connection and retested for leakage. He discovered an improper vent for the dryer which made cleaning it impossible. Very good value for money. He is respectful, courteous, and genuine. I recommend him completely.
