Chris is simply excellent - he has returned my call immediately, arrived exactly on time, swiftly diagnosed the problem, found the B&E point and installed a temporary one-way trap. (Now I have a couple of upset squirrels trying to get back in their condol). He will install a permanent solution in a couple of weeks in order to let animals (if any left) to leave the attic. This is definitely a professional whose card I will keep and gladly refer to him anybody in need.
