took my deposit (450$) but still havent performed the work
Bill took my deposit on april 14th 2019 and after numerous attempts of calling him and asking him to either perform the installation or give me my deposit back, he has now started to ignore my calls. Not a reliable guy. Bill if you are reading this give me a call. You know who this is.
