My basement door needed to be sealed or something done to stop the draft from coming into the area where I worked from home. The door was over 20 years old and needed a refresher. The staff at Magic Window are quite accommodating. It took months to have my door installed due to receiving the materials to build my patio door, I would call and the staff were able to update me. Heidi was especially understanding and sympathetic when there was a slight confusion regarding the opening side of the door. Heidi has the most patient and kind voice. There is also Stefanie, who was quite understanding and helpful when rescheduling my installation.

Rahul, came and was able to diagnose the issue right away. Rahul explained everything to us step by step and gave recommendations as how to prevent this from happening again. He even offered to assist in putting the food back into the fridge.
