We called Dmitri at Heatmaster Services to report a problem with our furnace motor. He took down all relevant information, including motor number in the event it would need to be replaced. Dmitri scheduled us in quickly and arrived on time. He replaced our motor, and also provided suggestions for future maintenance. Dmitri answered all our questions and ensured we were completly satisfied before leaving. Dmitri is very professional, polite and I would highly recommend Heatmaster Services. We will definately call on them in the future, for furnace, hot water tank and air conditioning issues.
