Knowing that we wanted to have a Kitchen backsplash installed, my husband called Vince from Finer Edge to get a quote. We had used them a few years ago for interior and exterior painting and have always been satisfied. We found picking a backsplash to be time consuming and tedious as it's not something you can change easily. When we found a glass material we liked Vince sent us the amazing Nick to do the job, and oh what a job he did! From start to finish Nick was professional and friendly. He was easy to talk to and really listened to questions or concerns we had prior to the job start. Throughout the process Nick walked us through the steps he was taking and took time to explain why...despite all of these extra measures he still finished in the timeframe he had set! Nick was extremely clean and left our home spotless during and after the end of each day! He cut glass tiles and installed our valances with such precision and was meticulous with every little detail, giving us piece of mind. We have received a ton of positive feedback from family and friends regarding the final look of our kitchen. And enjoyed the process and workmanship so much we plan on using them for yet another job in the future!

The Duct Cleaning Specialists provided great service from beginning to end. Mariela responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner and booked the appointment promptly. We recently met with Fara from Grand Alarms to look at some of their products and have their services explained to us. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once we decided on a product we liked, she quickly had an installation appointment set up with Stephen. Stephen's work was efficient and tidy. Overall, we were happy with their service; our experience has found Grand Alarms to be friendly yet professional. We gladly recommend Grand Alarms.

My husband's Christmas gift to me this year was having our closets customized. He researched a lot of companies and found he was happy with Royal Custom Cabinets' quote and design procedures. Rob was fantastic at helping my husband design the layouts and easily incorporated changes I wanted to mine. The installation was completed by Rick who was friendly, worked efficiently and ensured everything was cleaned upon completion. Overall, we were very happy with the entire process! They surpassed our expectations and we highly recommend Royal Custom Cabinets to anyone needing closets or cabinetry done.

We booked with Can Do Fence & Deck after researching a number of other companies. They had done a lot of work in our neighbourhood and had fair pricing. In addition, they offered a variety of payment plans and design options. From the initial quote meeting the company presented themselves in a friendly yet professional manner. We met with Alon who thoroughly explained the process to the group and answered all of our questions. Our meeting with him left us confident that they would be right for the job. Most of us had grading issues that caused a delay but Alon was accommodating and knowledgeable prior to and during booking. Alon always responded to email questions/concerns promptly and the crew did an excellent job building our fence (completed earlier than guarantee date)! My husband and I booked with Finer Edge after getting quotes from 4 different companies. From the initial quote meeting the company presented themselves in a friendly yet professional manner. We met with Derek who explained the process and answered all of our questions. Our meeting with him left us confident that they would be right for the job. We had met some who presented themselves in an aggressive manner and my husband and I did not want our voices to be ignored. Derek was kind, professional and confident thus making us comfortable with our choice. The company was accommodating with timing as we wanted to paint our home during boxing week. We knew from the start we picked the right company and by the end we were more than pleased with our decision and all of the Finer Edge Staff. We had Vince as the Project Manager who brought our chosen paints over a day early and came to walk through after to ensure we were happy with the final look. We also had an issue where the ceiling trim brand that builder had used could not be found, and Vince went out of his way to a number of stores to find a match that we would be happy with. Tony and his crew were assigned to the job, and they arrived promptly each day and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. They took care to ensure EVERYTHING was covered and protected and did not rush; they made sure it was done right. If we had questions, Tony would address them and offer helpful suggestions that we had not thought of. For example, the powder room ceiling was not painted correctly by the builder. We were going to leave it white, but Tony brought up the idea to paint the ceiling as it would conceal the flaws from the builder’s uneven paint job. It looks fantastic and we are glad he brought in his expertise! Some of our walls had a number of nail pops or needed more than 2 layers of paint but the crew worked on everything with such professionalism we began recommending them to our neighbour before they had finished all of the work! Overall, we were very happy with the final product and will be using them again in the spring to do some exterior work. We highly recommend Finer Edge; from the initial quote meeting to when the crew is leaving you will not be disappointed!!!
