Like the previous reviewer's comments ("Unhappy"), we initially found Concord to be professional and knowledgeable. And to be fair, their cleaning of our flood damage was well done. However, the subsequent poor quality of their renovation contractors coupled with their obviously padded quote left us feeling very dissatisfied in the end. Ultimately, we don't feel we got what we paid for and definitely won't use or recommend them in the future.
