I called grand alarms to get my service disconnected, because of telephone switch from bell to rogers as the alarm system is tied to the telephone.The service was disconnected in LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. The rogers Technician did the switch. After I called Grand Alarms to have the system restored. The Grand Alarms representative communicated with me in a very nice way as they restored the system and directed me with instructions to test the system, which i did. They indicated my phone may cut off during the test, so i gave them my cell number to contact me. the contacted me after on my cell and indicated that the alarm did go off on their system and everything is ok. The service and test was well executed and the service was excellent . Thank you kesh.
