An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Land Effects re-did our whole backyard.We were not only impressed with their level of professionalism but also the fact that they came when they said they would, and charged us what they said they would, which is unfortunately an exception to the rule these days with contractors. We are very happy with the results and were very impressed with the speed at which the work progressed. In fact, we continually get compliments from our neighbours and guests when they see the backyard. We are thinking of landscaping our front yard this year,and when we decide to go ahead,Keith and his team at Land Effects will be the only option for us.
