We had moved into to our new (150 year old) house and decided a duct cleaning before the winter would be a good idea. Diamond was recommended by a family friend and I will recommend to my friends. Diya and his co worker were incredible. Very prompt, respectful and pleasant to talk to. Explained what they were doing, started upstairs and worked their way down. Very thorough, no really. As he was cleaning our dryer vent from the outside he noticed it was not smooth. Upon inspection he noticed the elbow connection to the dryer vent in the house was not connected properly. He addressed that issue by installing a new flexible vent. I can say Diya went out of his way in completing the job. Extremely satisfied.

I heard a loud scratching coming from the ceiling in my front room and instantly thought "damn raccoon". I looked up wildlife removal and up came AAA Gates Wildlife. I requested a consultation through email and they replied promptly. Peter came out and I explained the sounds and location. He did an exterior exploration of the home and said he had found no holes where a large animal would enter. He assured me it was probably mice and that AAA Gates does not handle rodents. He suggested I get some traps and not poison. I was very pleased with his explanation and have not heard the noises since. Thank you for your professionalism. If (and I hope not) I ever encounter wildlife on my property I will most definitely contact AAA Gates Wildlife.
