When our old roof showed signs of rapid deterioration (curling, cracking, granule loss), I called some roofing contractors. Flori of Elite Roofing Inc. was the only one who cared to respond immediately. Flori answered all our questions and explained with brochures and samples the high standard of the GAF roof system. He even went onto our roof to find out that our roof had a hole in each of two shingles, and consequently, our roof will not be able to endure the oncoming harsh winter season. Thankfully, Flori and his crew are certified GAF roof system installers in order to provide us the best GAF warranty for the high quality GAF Timberline HDZ roof system. Flori showed us he was passionate enthusiastic, and talented as he wanted the best for his customers, by making a stronger steel valley of 28 gauge for the roof. Flori and his crew arrived early and on time to do the work. They cared about the important details and adhered very closely to the strict GAF protocol in order to achieve the high standards. They took good care of our property as well as our next-door neighbours property by covering our front walkway, steps, bushes, shrubs and plants with tarp, as well as our garage door with OSB boards. We also appreciated very much that Flori kept us informed at every step of the installation while they were working by showing us videos and photos, which were taken by their drone. They cleaned up during and after the work was done so that there were no nails and debris on the roof, in the eavestroughs, driveway and other areas. Rami is an excellent home renovator and an amazing expert in improving our home for aging in place. He exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond our goals for the second-floor bedrooms, closets, hallway and staircase. The worn-out carpet was replaced by beautiful, durable, scratch-resistant, slip-resistant, water-proof and maintenance-free porcelain tiles on the second-floor. Rami is passionate, enthusiastic and cares about important details. He applies his wonderful skills in in his exquisite craftsmanship for tiling the floors so that there is no slippage (floors are flat and even), no noisy, squeaky sounds (floors are silent when walking on them), no potential tile cracks, and very thin grout lines to give the seamless look. Also, Rami is an innovative problem-solver: he saved us money by keeping the old baseboard and applying thin prefinished trim to it, especially the corners and around the staircase railing without extracting the railing. The absolutely marvellous result is a very sleek, modern and aesthetically pleasing appearance. He eliminated the problem of wide temperature fluctuations among the rooms. Rami showed his artistic talents in transforming our ugly carpeted staircase into a gorgeous work of art when he paired the grey vinyl nosing with the teak-like EVA foam flooring for the stairs and landings. The splendid staircase is now easy to clean with a damp pad, exceptionally slip-resistant, silent (no more squeaky/noisy stairs), very easy on the feet with indoor slippers, and affordable. He also put glow-in-the-dark strip on each nosing. We are very happy customers because Rami and his crew are talented, skillful, trustworthy, intelligent, understanding, kind and very helpful. The work was completed in about 3 - 4 weeks and remain close to our budget. Thank you very much, Rami, for very beautiful, sleek, superb and successful renovations!

Rami did amazing work in upgrading our home at reasonable cost that suited our budget, which included installing a range hood that required electrical wiring, installing safety bars in the bathrooms, assembling an outdoor privacy screen, and replacing damaged cabinet doors with high quality, beautiful doors and handles. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable, caring, and understanding. We are very impressed by his excellent workmanship in all his tasks as well as his marvellous, exquisite and masterful craftsmanship in making the smooth sliding, wooden drawer/shelves, with a maximum capacity of 100 lbs each, for our kitchen cabinet. Rami really cares about important details and works very hard to go the extra mile: We are 200% satisfied and happy customers. Next summer, we want Rami to do more renovations for us.

As an attentive and caring crew, they made aesthetically pleasing, great concrete walkway and steps which are perfectly suited for an elderly member of the family, who had difficulty walking up broken, uneven paving stone-steps that sunk so low below the sill of the porch. Thanks to the crew's excellent, meticulous craftsmanship, and pleasant, professional workmanship, we are enjoying very much our fantastic concrete walkway and steps.
