Imran was absolutely amazing. One of the best customer experiences I have had with a company in a long time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and went above and beyond what I expected to make my fireplace look brand new. I will definitely rely on him for my regular fireplace servicing in the future and would strongly recommend to anyone.
