We had Nordik windows installed last fall and are very happy with them, however one of the cranks to open the window wasnt working properly. The service technician called beforehand to tell me exactly when he would arrive, which I thought was a great touch. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem, adjusted and lubricated the window so it worked perfectly in no time flat. He also advised my on acquiring the lubricating spray and applying it to keep the widow functioning properly. Excellent work, excellent service!
