This is the 2nd time we have dealt with Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows. The first time was in 2011 when we had 5 new windows installed - Triple Glazed Solarguard Low E, Argon gas filled, both casement and awning. The results were phenomenal. No longer did we have to peer out though ice-covered aluminum sliders or feel winters' chill through the glass, plus they look amazing. Karl was outstanding to work with. His valuable advice, expertise, vast knowledge, and the time he spent with us was second to none. The paperwork he supplied for us was detailed, precise and professional, and any communication was followed up with immediate phonecalls and emails. The crew who installed the windows were wonderful. Polite, professional, hardworking. During this 1st installation, we had a family tragedy occur. Even during this time when the house quickly became filled with many people arriving amidst obvious grief, the crew quickly and efficiently finished their task, including thorough cleanup of the job site afterwards, extremely respectful of the situation and those involved. This 2nd installation is for a bathroom window, and we would not consider going with anyone but Karl and Supreme Windows. Once again, Karl spent personal and unhurried time with us giving valuable advice, comments and suggestions, and followed up immediately with detailed confirmation. Karl and Supreme staff even accommodated a 'Rush order' because of our perceived timeline. In addition, and this illustrates once again 'over-the-top customer service', Karl spent additional time providing us with drawings of step-by-step reno ideas and expert suggestions for area around the window that he sketched out in absolute detail. We have huge respect for him and his incredible wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it. Hello Karl, I want to pass along to you that for the first time in years, we have been able to see out of our windows during the recent cold snap. Instead of thick ice between the layers, the glass is clear, and we cannot feel cold air as we pass by the windows. We appreciate the fact that you Karl, were approachable, knowledgeable, prompt with your evaluation, gave us valuable advice and suggestions and we had a feeling of great trust that our needs would be met. We love the new windows, and your installation crew did a great job. The crew were polite, conscientious, hardworking, respectful, and did a thorough clean-up of the site afterwards. A few minor issues had to be dealt with afterwards, but the service was prompt and extremely well looked after. Thank you for your valuable advice and assistance.
