After an incredible experience with our master bathroom (2019) and our heated basement floor (2021) we had Nucu and team back to transform our second floor shared bathroom. He was professional, courteous, timely and organized. From the initial consultation and quote, to material selection, through to demo & build-out, and final fit and finish, this project was delivered with an incredibly high level of execution normally reserved for the uber-rich or home improvement television. Working with Nucu was an experience where no detail was made to feel too small and no question would remain unanswered. His low key, honest, and straight forward approach quickly established a level of trust we needed while we went about our lives. I’m still amazed that Splish Splash completed this incredible reno as quickly as they did while working around busy household. Russell and co. were absolutely tremendous to work with. He took the time to walk me through the process of the siding repair / replacement so I understood exactly what I could expect each step of the way. He was sincere and courteous throughout and took proper care to ensure my home was left in good order after the work was compete. Don’t be fooled by others who show up in a flashy work truck handing out glossy advertising cards / flyers - Russell and his team deliver top notch professional results and you don’t end up paying for unnecessary overhead costs like so many of his competitors would have you do (I had several quotes provided by others).
