Cindy & John at Drape Master are the ultimate professionals. Not only was the service excellent, but the workmanship on our blinds was terrific. We are going to have more blinds cleaned and re-strung next week.
Besides the excellent work done, what was most impressive was that Mark gave us an estimated 'time' of the project and kept his word. Project was finished as promised, his men were helpful and courteous and ON TIME every morning - no disappearing during the day or failing to show up! The granite counter and kitchen cupboards are terrific - work very very satisfactory. Only wish we had our floor replaced as Mark suggested. Next time - will definitely use Total Renovations again.
