This is my second home inspection with Brent. I had used him 5 years ago as a first time home buyer and was very happy. All the things I appreciated about my previous experience were true again with this inspection. Brent is helpful and thorough. He answered all my questions and concerns.

We hired Brent to do a home inspection for us in November 2007. He accommodated our schedule and was very thorough in his inspection. He gave detailed information and explanations which eased our minds as first time home buyers. Thank-you! - Steve and Amy (Mississauga)

Thank you for the kind words and feedback!!! Well wasn't that a gem. I have no doubt in my mind that you should be happy once you've moved in. It is always more benefitial when the homebuyer is present for the inspection. When I showed Steve everything around the home it brought a whole new comfort level of making the decsion of what will be the largest purchase ( I would think ! ) that the two of you will be making. Once again, the report given on-site is a very detailed report that I've only heard positive feedback on. I'm glad you were happy with the inspection.
