Andy has completed 4 full bathroom renovations for our rental properties. Work was very well done and completed in a timely manner as per the schedule Andy provided. The full bathroom renos took 14 days or less. Any delays were promptly communicated with a valid reason. Any additions to the scope due to unexpected findings during the demolition phase were also promptly communicated and a revised quote provided. Andy kept to the budget we set and provided great service. He also took care to ensure carpets and the remainder of the building that had to be walked through was always cared for well with drop sheets to protect the floors from any damage or dirt. We would definitely call Andy again.

Tim came out to refinish a tub that had been refinished by someone else about a year earlier. The old finish was finicky right from the beginning and by this point it was over half peeled away from the original tub. The new surface looks beautiful and shiny. Such an improvement! The finish has only been on there for about 5 days, but we are hopeful that it will last as Calgary Countertops offered a 5 year warranty. There was an extra charge to remove the old finish, but this was understandable and explained to me from the beginning of the process.
