LastbSunday night I had a cooler than usual shower and suspected something might be wrong with my water heater.
That was confirmed on Monday morning when I discovered that I had zero hot water, so I was faced with the task of finding someone to check out - and repair - the water heater.
A search on Homestars luckily found Accuserve - and I called and left a message with their answering service to call.
Right after eight I got a call and arranged with James to send a service person in - before noon - to check out the problem.
After the serviceman left I got a call explaining the myriad of problems with my (did I say 16 year old?) water heater - and suggesting that thee best course given the number of problems, and the age of the unit was to replace it.
James was able to arrange for a device team to remove the old heater, and replace with a new water heater by 7:00 that same day.
I went from broken water heater to replaced and a hot shower in one day - very impressive.
Great responsiveness - great follow-up - great service.
