I asked for eves cleaning estimate and an estimate on a small piece of hanging eves to be nailed back . While at work, they sent over some contractor who renailed the piece and then proceeded to clean eves without permission. They left nails and debris all over the driveway. Then I was harrasses mercilessly for payment for a job that I never asked for. An estimate at a prearranged day and time. period was the only thing I requested. This is why the company is called " White Shark." They are wily, ruthless and totally cut throat with no clue as to what constitiutes good customer service.
