Concrete Forming and concrete slab
We build Custom Homes. We hired Top Notch in 2023 to complete concrete forming and slab work at a custom home in Oshawa. The job included forming and pouring concrete stairs. We were very dissatisfied with the way the stairs were formed. The stairs were not straight. We have since contacted the business owner and customer service has been deplorable. Calls are not being returned... We will not recommend this company.
