My fridge stopped cooling and they were able to send somebody as quickly as possible. Not only did they repair the fridge properly and quickly, but we had an issue with our dishwasher and they were able to look at it and fix it for no extra charge. For the fridge, they didn't try and upsell me, they tried the cheapest repair first, and it worked. 100% recommend.

I accidently damaged my wall while moving some furniture and I called Glen, he was able to accommodate me for the next day. We also needed some floating shelves hung up, so I asked Glen if he could do that too, and he said no problem. He was very patient while installing the floating shelves, and did a fantastic job of getting them up in the right spot. And with the wall, you can't even tell where the damage was. Definitely will call Glen again for anything in the future.

These guys were seriously impressive. We'd just moved in and wanted to do a thorough cleaning before any major setup, and Diamond Duct got it done! Tiya was super knowledgeable and even though they were fast, he took the time to walk me through what they were doing and why. I also liked that he didn't try to upsell me, he recommended certain things (cleaning my furnace and AC coils), told me what I didn't really need (dry cleaner supply line) and let me make my own decision. It's my first time getting vents and ducts cleaned, and the next time, I'm definitely going to go back to them!
