Brian ticks all the boxes - fast, friendly, professional, and a perfectionist. Fast: From responding to my request on homestars, to a site visit, quote, and job completion was just a couple of weeks. He was super responsive and communicated well - ie. giving me exact ETA's to arrival times, quoting quickly, and working overtime to get the job done in a day. Friendly: It took seconds to realize that Brian is charismatic, energetic, and truly enjoys what he does. You'll notice very quickly that Brian is the type of guy with thousands of friends and not a single enemy. Professional: Brian gave an honest and incredibly thorough evaluation of our house. We weren't sure how much work would be required and frankly, we ended up doing a lot less than originally anticipated. He was very honest and in some cases he even told me how to do the repair myself. He even gave me a tuck pointing bag in case I wasn't going to have him and his wife do the job. He was respectful of our neighbours (even noticed a window was open a crack and waited until it was closed before creating dust). They left our place very clean and tidy. Perfectionist: His extensive experience (particularly with older homes like my 1920s home) was clear. He really took the time to explain and help me understand what needed to be done and why. He and his wife make a dynamic duo. Hard working. Diligently cleaning as they go. They were careful, confident, and went over and above the initial scope of work because doing the job to the highest standard is all they know how to do. They used only high quality materials and the results were perfect. I would 100% recommend Brian and Shelley (in fact I already have).
