Competitive prices. Selection is good. Cater to contractors. Worse customer service. Visited 4 times in a two week period. Waited between 30 mins-1 hour each time to pick up materials at the warehouse in the back of the building. Because they do not have a computerized inventory system, they write up the invoice manually first, collect pymt, & then send you to the back warehouse to pick up your order. After you wait for an unreasonable amount of time, you find out they don't have what you ordered, and now you are forced to return to the front of the store and line up for a refund. Each time, at least one customer picking up an order ahead of me had a problem with the order. Condescending employees at the pick up dock. No refund policy on most items.

Needed a plumber and found Drain Relief through an internet search and was truly very hesitant of their promotional price online. I checked the comments on Homestars and the ratings were high so I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. I was very impressed with Mark K. Mark arrived on time and really worked hard to clear a stubborn clog. Professional, thorough and very clean - wearing shoe covers and protecting the area where he worked with a covering-I would definitely highly recommend this company as they are VERY honest and fair.
