Our boiler had an unexpected failure Saturday Feb 09/19. We no heat nor hot water. A call to the service tech on-call put us on his list, he had several other calls ahead of us but when he arrived he went right to work diagnosing the problem. We needed a part not stocked in Kingston. We have a small propane gas stove in the living room and put it to work. I put the electric hot water tank back into service (not removed when we converted to a propane combi boiler). When part came in it was quickly installed and had us back up and running.
