My old system was unable to reach set temperature during the summer months. It would run all day, with the house slowly getting warmer through the day, and the finally cool the house down overnight only to o the same thing the next day. I had another company look at the system, and they recommended replacing the entire system (air conditioner, air handler, cooling module, etc). Baldwin took the time to assess the full system and work directly with Unico to figure out the best way to resolve my issues - in the end he recommended a heat pump to replace the air conditioner, and a new cooling module. Not only was this cheaper than replacing everything, it has gained efficiency because the heat pump will be used to warm the house until it gets very cold outside when my hybrid system will kick in. At the same time as the install was going on, I changed to an Ecobee smart thermostat which caused a couple of other issues (the old thermostat was proprietary) that Baldwin patiently worked through. Many thanks to Baldwin and Del for responding so quickly, making a cost effective recommendation, and working though the challenges till the system was was working perfectly. I'm super happy with the outcome, and my house has never felt more comfortable. If need HVAC work done, Baldwin and Del should be your first call.

Working with DMG was an outstanding experience. From the very start, Nina was very responsive and patient, as we worked through various options for the design. Danny and the rest of the team were super easy to work with, and answered all my questions. They were onsite when they said they would be, and were super efficient and careful while completing the work. Other than the weather (which we can't control), there were no delays, no unexpected costs, and everything was completed on time, and on budget. Thank you to DMG for an amazing result. I've already received several compliments, and questions - clearly it's making and impact! Any future concrete work at home will be completed by DMG!

What an exceptional experience. I found Pro-Loc through HomeStars, and after meeting with Paul for an initial consultation, it was clear that everything said about Pro-Loc was true. Paul had great ideas, knew his product, and was very clear and open with his pricing. They started when they said they would, kept the property clean, and finished on time. All this was great, but the most important thing about Paul and his team, was how they stood behind their work. One year after the initial install, some stones came loose - Paul and team came back without hesitation and put in extra effort to make sure everything was 100%. Fair, honest, and skilled. Those are the words that come to mind when describing Mike and his team. After building a home, I've dealt with a fair number of people in various trades - Mike is one of those rare people that has your best interest at heart and delivers what you need, and nothing more. On several occasions, he actually talked me out of spending MORE money on things I thought I needed... Simply put, If you're thinking about a home theatre system, you need to call Mike. I'm extremely happy with the quality and timeliness of everything installed - without question, our family has a new favourite room.

Nino and his team were fantastic. I've dealt with many trades over the last few years, and Nino was one of the best - he promptly returned my phone calls, arrived when he said he would, and treated my property like it was his own. HIs price was very competitive, and the job he did was worth every penny. After the system was installed, we had a minor issue (user error), and Nino came by right away to help us resolve it. Working with Ian and Louis to build the kitchen for our new home was a true pleasure. From our initial meeting, we felt comfortable and confident they understood our needs and could build the kitchen we wanted. They worked with us to meet our timelines, and even our general contractor was impressed with their attention to detail. We had a general idea of the design we wanted, but they made it better through tweaks based on their experience - they were even able to accommodate some design elements that a true custom shop could build. In the next phase our build, we'll be doing some custom millwork, and Ian and Louis will be getting our business again! These guys have sawdust in their blood!

Our family recently moved into a new home, and immediately undertook a large renovation of the main floor. We engaged KDP to do the kitchen portion of the renovation based on the excellent work they did for my parents last year. Pat patiently worked with us to design a kitchen which is perfect for our family, and gets a 'wow' from everyone who has seen it. At one point during the renovation, I had a small concern which John took care of immediately and without any fuss. He is a man of his word, and a pleasure to deal with.
