I called Electra Fix for a fridge repair. I explained them that 2 companies came and and did not fix the fridge. I don't want to waste my money again !! I was charged by different companies already more than $1000. Electra fix dispatcher said that he will send his senior tech that has a lot of experience with Miele appliances . I said that It will be the last time, but I will try it. The technician who came ask me to understand what was replaced already. The technicians explained me that another part should be replaced and the tech had the part with him. The cost of the part was fair and its actually solved the issue. I am not sure that the other parts that been replaced by other companies were the correct parts. Final result the fridge is now working perfectly and Electra Fix from today will be our appliance company.

They came fast. the technician found the problem and replaced the part. no issues after the repair. very professional technician. 2 weeks later they came to install my new dishwasher. I would definitely use them again!
