I submitted a review on Dec 27th based on my negative experience with dealing with this company. I am happy report that my initial complaint has been personally resolved by the leadership of this company and I am now very happy with their response. It turns out that the poor service was as a result of a third party's poor communication. Once the owners/management became aware, the problem was resolved very promptly and they took special care to give it their personal touch. I would definitely recommend this company now on the basis of their superior customer service. My previous review is no longer relevant.
