We have had a Thermador range for almost 20 years. It is very well kept and looks like new. Just after Christmas (fortunately) this year the oven began to severely overheat. I tried to find someone to repair and the response was that it was too old to repair and parts were no longer available. I found a couple of companies that re-wired control panels but they were in the US. After looking at the HomeStar reviews, I called Adriano. He said he could get the panel re-wired here in Toronto. He came, quickly removed the panel, was on time. Had it back in just over two weeks, re-installed and works great. We called him back for our dishwasher in a few weeks- again quickly figured out it was the valve in the bottom, had a part with him and fixed it quickly. We would certainly call him again.

The eaves trough above the downspout appeared to be clogged as we saw a rooftop garden starting! Cody and his assistant arrived on time, immediately went to work, cleaned all the eaves troughs, unclogged the downspouts and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. Pleasant people to have around and very competent.

We used Bigelow first for replacing the coil in the AC handler. Grant took care to make sure condensate drainage as more than adequate as the unit is on the 3rd story. we use Bigelow for our annual service on the AC and our aging hw heating system. Other than sometimes getting appointment scheduling a bit confused we very much like their service
