E-mailed them on a Sunday and Terry responded within an hour. I specified the repairs that were needed and asked for an estimate which was received quickly. Repairs were booked within 2 days and the job was completed quickly and professionally and billed as quoted. Wouldn't hesitate to use Terry again.

Keith has serviced my two, 39 year old furnaces for several years now. He is always on-time, thorough and knowledgeable and provides solid information on how to extend and eventually replace my furnaces. I trust his advice and have recommended him to friends and family.
