David and his team are the best. We did a full gut job of our main floor, replacing the floors, new kitchen, ripping down walls, opening up and refinishing our stairs, painting, And a built in dining bench. They did a fantastic job, completed the project within the stated timeline, and most importantly within budget! (Aside from a few things popping up, which was expected with a 100 year old Toronto home). Attention to detail was fantastic and we couldnt be happier with the final product. We used 905 Reno for our home addition at the back of our house including the main floor renovation. We had an outstanding experience working with the team our project manager William and his committed group of employees did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even when we ran into issues along the way they acted quickly and gave us a quick problem-solving solution. Our new home extension is looking fabulous and adds more space to our home. These guys are awesome. I've used them in two houses now. Responsive and fair with price. They also stand behind their work. We needed a gear assembly and capacitor replaced and the following day, the door wouldn't open. John came out that same day and all it needed was a small adjustment. Works great now. Hire these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Mike came when he was scheduled and promptly started working on our Dryer. a large ball of lint come out of the lint duct outside which was very unusual. The reason that we wanted him to come was because we recently had a large ball of lint came out of the lint duct outside. He found that the dryer was clean so we are going to have someone out to check it out. We live in a retirement community and depend of maintenance to keep our place in a good condition.
