Flood issue resolved within hours
Found over 2 feet of water in furnace room (and rising). Googled for help and found Restoration 1 Niagara. Paul was there in 45 minutes with a team who pumped out the water, found the problem, set up fans and dehumidifiers for 4 days, and sprayed to avoid mold. Fantastic service, nice people.
