Nimo and Joe responded within 30 minutes of my call on a Sunday night.Within 4 hours Nimo had diagnosed the problem, replaced the blower motor and ensured the system was working and house temperature restored. Very professional and exceptional service! The parts and labour were included in the Advantage Comfort plan.
