We have been delighted with the excellent work Michael Sachade has completed at our house this year. The projects Michael has completed include: 1. Shower renovation 2. Bricked in unused entry 3. Expanded interior doorway 4. Fireplace renovation + AV built in cabinetry 5. Built in shelving unit for storage 6. Bathroom built in cabinet/counter for laundry and storage We were very happy with the professional attention to detail Michael and his crew showed in each of these projects as well as the timely completion of work in each case. Michael’s work has exceeded our expectations and we are planning to involve Michael with other renovation work in 2017.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Brian and his partner when they did the piping for our pool heater. As part of the job, they also temporarily removed and reinstalled the A/C to allow pool equipment to pass. We were very pleased that everything came together perfectly – on time and on budget!

Jeff did an excellent job painting the wood siding and trim at our home. He was prompt, courteous and neat at all times and was meticulous in his attention to detail. We are very pleased with the finished product and expect to have Jeff back to complete additional work in the spring.
