I found Imran Emamdee to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the concern that Direct Energy had with our fireplace. They had detected a miniscule amount of carbon monoxide and had it shut down or" tagged". Once Imran serviced the fireplace, he was able to prove that there was no longer any carbon monoxide present. His expertise saved us from unnecessarily replacing a very good quality Regency Fireplace. We were given Imran's contact information from the BBQ & Fireplace Depot who suggested that the problem with our fireplace might be fixable. Thanks gentlemen!
