We couldn't be happier with our new carpet runners. Mike made things easy! The carpet arrived in half the time that we had expected and Mike came in on a Sunday to install it for us. I called him based on the HomeStars reviews -- highly recommend!

Our dishwasher broke 3 days before Christmas. We scrambled to purchase a new one and then called Mr. Rooter to have it installed. They managed to schedule us in for the next day. Brian MacDonald arrived on time and was extremely polite and conscientious. He explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure that the dishwasher was working properly. Having used Mr. Rooter a few times in the past, I can say with confidence that the job will always be done right. And to make matters better, I was surprised at the end of the installation to find out that the service was on them as part of a holiday promotion!

I wrote to Sean this afternoon (a Sunday). Our front door knob had broken and we were having trouble installing the new one. It was his day off but without hesitation he offered to come by and fix it for us. (Thank you Sean!) I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for other jobs around our house.

Alex responded in a timely manner to give us an estimate to have a fence and gate installed at our new home. He and his father did a beautiful job and were very easy to work with. They even came back early to finish the job for us before the long weekend!

Up until recently, I was satisfied with their regular furnace and air conditioner maintenance. The company was bought out in November 2011. The company gives a 4 hour window for service calls. They have had to come to our place twice in the last two weeks. Not only did they not arrive within that 4 hour window, they also failed to call to tell me that the repair man would be late. When I called to ask where he was, the rep was completely unhelpful. I was put on the phone with a manager who was unbelievably rude. I am looking for a new furance and A/C maintenance service ASAP.
