My furnace stopped and I called Roy Inch under my Platinum service plan. They came within 4 hrs at the time scheduled. The technician Brandon Baldwin was fabulous-respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We were lucky that an after-hours supplier had the part we needed and Brandon retrieved it promptly and got us back in heat!
