Very pleased with the purchase and delivery process of our Frigidaire, using the services of Ryan Clarkson at the Etobicoke location. Ryan took the time during a phone call enquiry to research, walk the floor, search the back room, looking for just the right fridge for our needs. It is a tight space in our basement, and he worked with us to get the right fit, all over the phone, with no pressure tactics. Very relieved to have the fridge hooked up, working - and it's a perfect fit for the space. Thank you Ryan! He also negotiated the best price option for us.

Having used Valentin's skills before, I called him when when sewage was found flowing over our basement floor. He responded immediately, isolated the source and gave us options. It was a long and complicated situation, but Valentin remained calm and systematically helped us through each step, from clearing the block, to replacing the entire line of pipe under our front lawn (including replacing the wye junction so well that city employees complimented his workmanship), and installing a backwater valve in our basement. He left everything clean and smooth after the necessary digging had been completed. I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism and workmanship of this company. Thank you Valentin!

We had a fantastic experience with this company from the beginning. Mike was very helpful, professional and respectful throughout, and went out of his way to accommodate our requests. He was able to order and give us a very competitive price on a less common carpet, which we appreciated. On the day of installation, he and his coworker removed old carpet and baseboards, and installed both carpet and baseboards with a great deal of care and efficiency. The results are top notch, and a friend who stopped by recognized the quality of workmanship. We would highly recommend this company - no complaints!

My initial contact with Valentin occurred within half an hour of my leaving a voicemail message on his company phone. Very prompt and courteous response, and when he arrived to help us with our backing up laundry drain, this polite and efficient manner continued. Valentin quickly assessed and determined possible causes and solutions, informing me of potential costly complications, but assuring me that each avenue before that would be pursued first. Luckily, his first efforts were successful, and he only needed to cut one pipe to allow for proper access to the debris. He cleared undetermined years of debris and gave me tips on keeping things clear in future by using an old pair of nylons to capture lint from the outflowing laundry hose - which I now do. Since our kitchen drain was also a problem, he investigated and removed significant debris there as well - and as a kindness, did not even charge for this extra service in the kitchen. I was very impressed by this plumber for his honesty, work ethic, courteousness, set of skills, and kindness. Highly recommended.

I have only good things to say about this company. Stan came to give us an estimate on the work we wanted to be done, and he did so very courteously and knowledgeably. He took the time to explain and demonstrate (with a heat lamp) the variety of options for windows, never pressuring however. I found his approach to be very helpful throughout. Considering we were combining the purchase of a few different products, Stan made us very competitive offers (surpassing the offer of another company). Installation happened a month earlier than others had offered, and the installers were VERY professional, courteous and thorough. They went the extra mile in every respect, and were exceedingly friendly. Great workmanship as well. Stan, who does the sales, even arrived partway through the day to check in on the job and to make sure we were happy with the results. I can't recommend this company highly enough. :)

Just had a fantastic painting experience with this company. Matthew arrived in the morning, getting right into prepping and painting our main floor. I peppered him with various questions throughout the day regarding colour choices for other projects, and techniques etc. He had an easy-going style which put me at else, however moved very efficiently through all the tasks ahead of him. I was unsure if the amount of work I had would be able to completed by one painter, but he did so with great expertise, and even painted the bathroom ceiling for us within the allotted time. Very impressed with his level of skill and broader knowledge base; he demonstrated through the quality of workmanship that he has years of experience behind him. In addition to Matthew's work, I also have to mention the wonderful customer service I experienced with Perfect Painter...Kimberly, Sarah and Mike were all most helpful and polite to work with over the phone. Well done!

Our eavestroughs were replaced by Maxima over a year ago, and I noticed a problem that in the end was not related to their workmanship. I called Maxima back to inspect, and despite not being responsible for our issue, nonetheless, he solved our problem by what for him was a small piece of work, but would have been a major piece of work for us. He would not accept payment for this fabulous customer service. This is how you have people calling you back for future work, and how you engender a good feeling about humanity! Thank you, Maxima.

Hello Kimberly, I just wanted to pass along my feedback regarding the painter who came to do the work for us today.
