I started shopping around for a company/contractor last fall. I chose Granstone for my kitchen renovation project for a number of reasons. Right from the outset they were very responsive to my request and I was very happy with the balance between input I would provide and the work they would undertake. By Christmas we had a design plan and a very competitive price quote. Despite pandemic related supply chain issues on appliances etc, everything came together exactly as I had hoped. The down time was minimal and they were always responsive to finishing up the last details. Everyone I dealt with from that company was pleasant and professional - and a special thanks to Stephanie, Ryan and Ivan.

Excellent communication and customer service. It would not have been one of their bigger jobs but they took the extra time and care to make sure it was done properly. Both office and on-site personnel are very friendly and responsive.
