I am now going into my 15th year using Dr. Green services so you could say I'm a satisfied client. I have had concerns over the years but was always satisfied with the items discussed using customer service, be it a billing inquiry, annual renewal costs or services provided. I do like the informative nature of the service in regards to pre-service emails and after service notes ensuring lawn care and proper instructions after a service has been provided. I work from home and most of the time I don't even realize a treatment has been done until I see notification on my door or in the mailbox. As anyone with gov controls on what is used and not used I do seem to be pulling out more dandelions on an annual basis. I have mentioned this but not a lot I can do if a neighbour does no treatment. Thanks again to Dr. Green.

I have been with Dr. Green for 12 or 13 years now. I am pleased with the service provided especially from customer service. When I've had the need for a call in they are usually able to answer the issue on the front line person taking the call. Always courteous, and if the situation calls for it they are ready to re-mediate it with a repeat visit or an add on later. Usually my only reason to call in is for renewal and now this can be done via their website. The email sent out prior to visits is appreciated. Especially when you want to get in a last lawn cut or watering before they arrive. I can't say to much about the actual ground crew as they are usually here and gone before I notice them, and I work at home. Good on you for that. As with new pesticide laws I do find a few more weeds that I need to pull each year but Dr. Green has worked on solutions to meet needs and abide by environment laws. Their product offerings continue to grow and the additional comments left to better my lawn after a visit are welcome.

I do appreciate the Dr. Green service. The timely notices saying when they are coming out, as well as the written instructions and suggestions post service. Dealing over the phone with your service department is always done in a professional manner. My one concern is that each year, for the past 3, I am having to pull more dandelions than I ever have in the past. I realize the laws regarding pesticides have some affect here but I'd like to know what Dr. Green is doing to find some other source for killing the weeds. Thanks again for your service.
